LusterHeights was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that every African youth and business deserves access to the digital skills they need to succeed in the 21st century economy.
We saw the gap — over 50% of African businesses lacking basic digital skills, and 230 million jobs requiring digital literacy by 2025. So we decided to do something about it.
Through practical programs, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of local challenges, we've been building bridges between where Africa is today and where it's going.
